HOW TO / WHAT TO ???

Featured Replies

Hi everyone, I want to build a website for our laser engraving business. I have built quite a few websites via Wordpress and Premium themes etc.
But I am stuck with a very specific function we require.
For example: We have wood keyring template, let's just say for argument sakes a heart shaped keyring that we offer as one of our standard products on our laser cutting.
Now, I want to take a stock picture of the keyring in question, and then have it in a gallery on the website. Now, on the other hand, we want let's say 200 pre-designed template phrases or images that a client can choose from to have laser engraved onto the keyring in question.
So now, I want the client that visits the website, to be able to choose any product we offer (still the keyring in this case), see the stock image of the product come up, and then let's say on the left panel be able to choose one of the 200 pre-designed phrases / images (they will most probably be in PNG format) and then once they click on it, the design then appears on the product stock photo so that they can get a better idea of what the design would look like on the product once it has been laser engraved. If they don't like the design they simply click on another design and then that one renders / appears on the stock photo.

This is to help us fastline orders with clients so we loose the back and forth communication with clients and proof sample edits.

Can ANYONE tell me how to do this or if there is a plugin of somesort that does this??

Please email me at marketing@motionimc.com

Thank you in advance everyone!

If you use a standard e-commerce platform you can set up variants. But offering 200 stock phrases for one product will be a horrible experience. Far better to Categories the phrases into smaller groups.
