I am trying to make a page with a shadow effect. I have made a graphic in Photoshop that gives me some of the desired effect, but I would like to have round corners on top and bottom of the page.

Does any of you know a tutorial etc., that explains how to make round corners with a shadow effect in Photoshop?

I am not 100% sure because i don't have photoshop anymore but is there not a tool for a rounded rectangle?

Depends if you want the page fixed width or not. If it's fixed width then just use one image for the top and one for the bottom. Otherwise use an image for each corner. You can get a shadow by the way by using layer styles.
