How to make indentation in VS Code dashed and not dotted

Featured Replies

Simple question, as per the title. When I indent code with the tab, I see four dots. However, in a Screenshot of VS Code, I saw that it could just be a solid dash instead of the four dots. How do I make that happen? Not too important but I would still appreciate the help. Thanks!

rather than deleting it , maybe you could tell others where it is - sharing is the spirit of forums :)

I must have downloaded an extension but it showed an arrow for indentation which is good enough, but had dots instead of spaces when you press the bar so I disabled all of these and now it is just blank for both the tab indentation and space-bar spaces, which is better.

Don't worry, I found it. You can delete this thread.

Definitely don't want to be deleting threads where others might be experiencing the same issues, not in the community spirit that.
