what if  finished my website and just uploaded the  files to hosting  - then i want to update my content of website how i would do it ?

i should every time  that add new content is to upload  the files again o the host and overwrite the files ?

or how its gong ? how some website add new news and sections or posts to their websites everyday   ?

They use a content management system (CMS). A CMS holds all the content in a database and builds the pages as you need them.

To answer your other question, yes you will need to upload the updated files each time. Unless you use a CMS or some other online editor.

thx - so im using adobe dreamwaver - its considered  online editor ? if not  so how i update my next website via cms? how get cms 

No, it's not an online editor. In fact it's not even a very good offline editor.

Your hosting company probably offers a one-click installer.

but i dont get it on how its works ? after i finish my website uploud files to host comapny  then  how should i use cms ? and link it to my website ? i should put the contect on the cms  and update it everytime there?

Any change regularly in your site, such as write new articles, add images, setting up the menu, create menu, and many more activities, that's namely update. Simply, any activities in your site as above explain is "updates".
