I really wanted to be a web designer what are the skills that you needed on your first job? and tell me what I need to learn. I already know CSS3, HTML, SASS, and a bit of Javascript.

All that is more the role of a developer rather than a designer.  Sounds more like you'd want to be a front-end developer, who would pair with a designer or receive designs from a designer.

Note that front-end is now a lot of JavaScript, in fact JavaScript is the most important thing to nail as a front-end developer in modern web development.
