Look at the code on your site. It's not 'excellencecode'. If you want to improve performance fixing the code would be a good start. Nearly 5000 lines of code before you get to any content! and after the content there's another huge chunk of code.

However, with 240 competed project in 12 countries you seem do be very successful. So do you even need to improve the site?
