July 4, 20179 yr Hello Not sure if this is correct forum....but.... I have woocommerce set up on a wordpress site which has been emailing 2 different people to notify them of whenever a new order comes through. However only one recipient recieved last two order details and other recipient hasn't, otherwise was working before for months....any ideas? Thanks Vicky
July 5, 20179 yr I would recommend using a sending service to handle any transactional email, that way you visibly see the state of sent email, and whether it has been bounced, received or opened. We use Sendgrid at my work and have been on the free plan for about 2 years. It has avoided a tonne of headaches when clients assume our server hasn't sent mail, now we can prove that it has been sent. I've added some alternatives, most work with Wordpress with minimal setup, just search for an install guide. Sendgrid Sparkpost Mailgun
