good advice for userfriendly website builder with CTA etc?

Hi!

I am looking for a user-friendly website builder ( with host and support ) that is affordable, having these features:

-CTA ( chat, newsmail, mp3 etc )

-Posting videos ( my own and others )
-webmail off course

-Easy to use!
-possible to redesign ( drag and drop? ) several times as you develop and modify your site/business

 

Iæve looked into Simplesite but not sure they will provide everything

 

Any suggestions???
