Help please!

I am using wordpess to build my website, and I am using Zerif Lite theme. I would like to use an icon menu same as with www.geico.com. Will really appreciate your help in sorting this out for me. I like the menu on geico,com, and I am even willing to change my theme once I can get that ico menu.

Please help

1. Don't use Zerif Lite - it's an awful theme

2. That's not a menu - it's hard coded.

3. It's not responsive which means it's pant's on a phone.

 

If you really want something like this you need to do the coding by hand, it's not something you can do with an out the box theme.
