I'm trying to improve my sitebuild skills.
I am practicing different parts of a website, but it would be great if I put a whole site together and also I would like to hear feedback about my work, and have more reference. I thought, that it would be great if I did free css templates and uploaded them to websites that require a certain quality. My problem is, that I can not do PSDs, I am absolutely bad in design. Is there anyone who could design a website, that I could code and maybe we could work together (this time for free) ?

Doesn't anyone still design site using PSDs? I thought those days were long gone now that website have to be responsive and often have multiple layouts for different parts of the site.

 

And as most sites now use a CMS there are fewer time a template is needed.

Many places still use Photoshop for design, but I don't think it is the best way to do it, although that doesn't mean great results cannot be had.

 

To the OP why not just take existing websites and try and re-create them and learn that way. Any designer who's any good won't be producing designs for free, I can guarantee that.
