March 30, 201610 yr habit-mag.co.uk all of the emails my client is sending from this is going to the spam folder. this website did use to have malware on it, but its been removed and google have toke the malware warning off. all the email settings in the dns are correct my hosting have confirmed this... does any body have a clue what might be up with it? March 30, 201610 yr There's a chance your sending server has been blacklisted, especially if it previously had malware on it. This can also happen if you send too much mail out from a single IP. In most cases it's difficult to resolve. I would recommend using a sending service such as Sparkpost, Amazon SES or Mailgun, all of these use servers that are designed to send mail out, and have high delivery rates. In any case, it's a good test to see if it's server related.
March 31, 201610 yr Ahoy. Run some checks with http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx - I find it handy as you can check blacklists, spf, mx and more. Sorry to sound like an advert but it's my go to tool for this sort of thing.
