3. Do you need customer accounts? eg for wholesale

4. What is the experience level of the people who will be managing the site day to day?

5. What templating system do you prefer?

6. Would you need to be able to easily implement design changes or add new functionality?

7. Do you need multiple shipping and tax options?

8. What backend facilities do you need? eg product reports, stock control

9. What types of payments do you need, any preferred payment gateways?

10. How important is developer support if you hit problems?
