I'm looking for a plugin where a user signs up with email and user. An admin approves it, then an email will be sent back to the user with their password. Also a front end profile plugin.

 

Anyone have any suggestion with plugins?

you will have to Combine 2 plugins : the easy sign up and a user profile photo plugin...
