I have had an offer from someone to build a landing page for me .

At the end of his pitch was added.

I just have one request and that is no matter who you decide to host with that have access to a MyPHP database.

 

Can someone please advise ne on what this means please, does he want to keep my details for some reason.

They probably mean host with MySQL database/s and they need access to phpMyAdmin - most hosts offer that

I can also upload the files to the site for you also (For the record I
do offer hosting services outside of Fiverr b/c it is a monthly service,
if you are interested). I just have one request and that is no matter
who you decide to host with that have access to a MyPHP database.

They are talking about what type of server system they can develop your site on . They just want to make sure that you get the correct system if you purchase a webhotel from some hosting service. As Teodora said most hosting services offers PHP/MySQL but some offers IIS/windows systems (which you then should not choose)
