Can anybody help me with an expanding menu where new item collapses when another item is selected? Only one expanded menu item at a time.

 

Also the menu needs to degrade gracefully with javascript turned off i.e. all content still visible.

 

Everything I've found so far either doesn't work w/o javascript or has more than one expanded item at a time.

that looks like it might do the trick! works w/o javascript enabled and collapses/expands one at a time! great!
