Whats the best way to edit the look of a contact form?

I have a quote form and contact us but they just look a little unprofessional to me, Can I change the CSS to edit the feel? how do they look best?

Take a look at <fieldset></fieldset> and add css to that eg

 

#fieldset {

your settings

}

 

This is one way of styling a form
