So, Google Glass.

So according to Performance PSU (I'll attach article source below), it seems as if the hottest tech to emerge in the 21st century will be making a one day appearence on the shop shelves, but theres a catch - Americans only, you have to be 18 and also have a spare $1,500 burning a whole in your pocket.

In a shock and unexpected move by the Search engine and soon to be
tech giant, they have sparked an intense rush for their tech which is
undoubtedly the hottest eye wear tech to emerge in recent years.

This smart move by Google takes Glass away from the elite few and
puts their Glass technology it in the hands of the general public, but
at a price and you must be at least 18 years of age.

For the Americans on the forum, who of you will be buying a pair?

I think Google Glass will boost the technology market because you can get information immediately about anything which you see while wearing that glass. I saves lots of time.

this is pretty crazy... price point is nuts... but I think in a couple years they will have this as contacts and double the price... i wouldn't get it though my iPhone does this just fine.

Although on the other hand it could be a failure due to privacy concerns.

I'm genuinely not interested in Google Glass at all.

It's a nice demo of what could be accomplished with wearable tech but that's all it is for me, a demo. Samsung's wearable tech has done nothing to impress me either.

Its a cool idea. I wouldn't wear one, it looks ridiculous, but I wouldn't mind a quick go if somebody had one.

At least Google Goggles will finally be put to use! It might even get an update....'Google Goggles Live' anyone?
