Been looking at my analytics lately and noticed this site "semalt" pops up a lot as a refer, has anyone here used it before? I see it says you can have a free trial and from what I'm reading on the site it shows your rankings etc

 

Also it says iv'e earned money on my adsense from this site, so I'm guessing it must allow you to click through to sites in a frame or something?

It's just a rank tracker. Theres thousands like it out there. I imagine, just like the others, there will be a list of keywords someone has inputted and your URL next to them and they've just clicked on that.

 

Someone is tracking your rankings and its usually competitors

Looks pretty nice though because it builds up a list of long tail keywords based on the ones you enter and tracks those

Yea like you say I guess people are tracking us but I don't mind if they are clicking the ads as well! Never heard of the site before but if the 7 day trial is really free I might investigate.
