Well, it serves the content its intended to, which is good.

 

Design wise, however, looks quite outdated and could do with a complete overhaul. I think it's also a little very busy, especially the homepage, and the content is quite scattered which makes it difficult for me/the user to follow. Could work on a new color scheme too. I'd say, for this kind of site it would be best to keep it sort of minimal yet interesting. I'm not usually a big trend-follower, I tend to like working to create what looks good regardless of current trends, but I think the flat design trend which is going around currently might make an interesting and appropriate change to the design.

 

To be blatantly honest, I think it looks a little unpro, too cluttered, lacking in tasteful design, and can be much improved upon.
