November 24, 201312 yr Can I offer some advice? And an observation. My advice comes in the form of deja-vu from a while back: stop offering to pay for help. I can't recall anybody else in my time here offering cash for help because this is a free forum where developers help out each other with their spare time. Second, only post a topic asking for help if you're adamant you cannot fix it yourself. This isn't the first topic I've seen from you post where two hours later you claim to have fixed your issue. Lastly my observation: it concerns me that a web design company, which probably charges clients for websites, is constantly splurging cash to strangers for help with seemingly easy and quick fixes. That's all I'll say. Sorry if you take this to offense.
November 24, 201312 yr Author With respect, I'm offering cash because I need help. Some people will accept, some will not. I'm a genuine person and I'm willing to pay for the help I receive. As far as I'm aware, it is not against the rules to offer to pay for help. Regarding your concern that we are a web design company charging for services, again - with all due respect - how the business is run is nobody elses business but our own. We're not as experienced as some, but what we can do, we do well. We are certainly not a company that charges over the odds for what is offered. When we need help, we're not afraid to ask for it, and when help is received that helps us solve a problem, a few bucks to the person offering that help is a sign of thanks, respect, and a nice gesture. That is all.
