September 23, 201312 yr Currently I'm re-establishing my portfolio and in the design stages as is. However at the early stage it is, I'd be open to setting up a company with any other like-minded people who want to share the workload both in-house and from clients. It can be a drag working all the time, by yourself hence the suggestion. I ran my company solo for 3 years and got really burned out towards the end... Wondering if anyone is starting to feel the burn and wants to move into a shared remote environment starting from scratch before it all gets too much or for those who are thinking about setting up a company for the first time but might prefer to work together? Would be a web design company naturally, my skillset would offer interface design, front end development (html, css and jQuery) along with some WordPress and CodeIgniter dev (intermediate standard on both platforms). Anyway, thought would throw this out there.

April 16, 201412 yr I think it's totally depends on what kind of work you suppose to share and how much will you pay? Secondly, how much work load do you have. It is not that easy to ask this question with limited information. If you seriously wanted someone to join you then discuss all the aspects openly.
