Full Screen HTML5 Video with Non-HTML5 fallback?

Hi,

 

I'm hoping someone can help. I'm trying to locate some code that allows a full screen HTML5 video to stream on a page, with a fallback (e.g. flash) in place for non-HTML browsers.

 

I'm looking for something very similar to what is shown on the homepage of http://www.alpha.org/

 

Can anyone recommend any good scripts out there for this please?

It says it comes with a flash back up for non html5 browsers. Looks good, but I haven't used it.
