my client's site http://gmwd.us/srg has some strange hacker code in it. It's in the header of the Wordpress site. How can I get rid of it. Google says the site is compromised.

What code is being put into the header?

if some code has been injected you can simply remove it or if its in the server, contact your web host

Definitely contact your web host if it's server side.. Or use the TAC plugin to potentially locate the code and remove from there
