Hi from East Yorkshire

Featured Replies

I'm relatively new to web design. My background is as a graphic designer for print, but getting asked non-stop if I can do web sites made me sign up for an intro course at the local college. It briefly covered some basics, like html & CSS, but only skimmed over stuff like J-Query, PHP, Flash, CMS etc. Just one night a week for an academic year meant it was more a case of 'this is what it's called, here's a link'.

Consequently, I can just about throw something together and get it on line but I guarantee (code-wise) it will make you rage. So lots of dumb questions... ...you know like the "I thought the dude said he'd done a college course???" ones coming your way.

On the plus side, I can advise on print, so if someone is expecting you to transform their web presence into something printed, I can help.

Trivia - I also do archery - hence the name.

Cheers! :santa_smiley:
