Last time I had my site reviewed on here, everyone suggested I work on contrast, so have addressed that with this new site.

Edit: the nav needs to be finished off, as the boxes will expand as the page scrolls down, and move to the top of the page with the correct top margin.

Nice although I find the font in the navigation/top hard to read.

A nice looking site, works realy well, my only feedback would be to maybe use a slighlty lighter blue on the border to lighten the site up, but on the whole its nice work

Funny you say that Yak, that was one of the two border colours I gave to the guy I'm designing it for to choose from, I preferred the lighter blue as well

What do you mean, the fonts colour should be darker?

I like effect of slightly slowed effect of changes when you put mouse cursor on text or image with link. (don't know how to explain it more understandable, sorry =] ). Very nice feature.

 

In top menu I would use the same font like in phrase: "Select Your Level"

Two suggestions: on the "Select your level" box the blue checks are not very affirmative, I would make them slightly bigger and lighter to make them less shy. Also on this box, when you refresh the quote, would feel more natural if the box from the left would grow to the same size as the one from the right.

Yeah I thought about this, it's not ideal having them different sizes but if you did, the box on the left would have a big grey space under the content? So either way was going to look a bit odd lol I know what you mean about the ticks, thing with these is, the browser will cache them from the landing pages, so when they move onto this sales page, the ticks will already be loaded and I don't want to use bigger ticks on the landing pages (which are the ticks in the upper part of the right content area). I'm already using loads of images on this site, so don't want to add another 5. Cheers for your feedback though mate.

So make the text lighter? And is it too many textures visually, or too many textures because how it affects load speed?
