Hi there everyone, thought I would say hi!

 

Found the forum through a sitepoint auction, and it reminded me of a webdesign forum I use to run, so I thought I would join up!

 

I hope to start posting soon :)

Wow 3 people who live in Essex already! (olivier, Im a colchester person to!)

 

Anyway a bit about me, I have been designing for about 5 years, I'm a big supporter of the web standards movement and other similar stuff.

I don't just code, I do a lot of design to, I mainly do freelance jobs here and there but am quite into selling templates on Sitepoint and similar sites.

 

So that's a bit about me and much thanks for the warm welcome I'm here to stay!!

Do you work for yourself full time as a freelancer or do you split your time with working for a company and freelancing on the side? It would be great to see some of your work - post us up some links...

Neither, when I said freelance I meant in the sense that I do the odd job! When I get some time I'll post some of my work up.

So what's so great about Colchester then? Do you all work in Colchester too? I think they're stalking you Ben - so watch out!

Colchester is pretty cool, nice to hear you're form colchester too japjake.

I have to admit a little something tho... I'm French so I'm only a resident not a native as our dear Ben.

I used to live in Edinburgh...I then moved over the water to the Kingdom of Fife...I may well have met your sister - you never know!

I have a strong french accent I think but I work at it :) not always easy

You speak English better than me mon frair! He is very good, excellent in fact... Though all he has taught me is French Swear words! It's good swearing at our boss..he just think's i'm saying "hello how are you..." ;)

 

He's also very helpful & knowledgeable he's currently helping with Flash, working with motion tweening and morphing! :)

The Lovely French Olivier is not amused! You're obviously not his type Ben!
