Website not working correctly

Featured Replies

Hi, I'm a beginer in the world of web design and trying to develop a photography portfolio website with features like a slideshow on the main page however there are allot of things not working such as the gallery section it doesn't load i used to get the 404 not found page, the slideshows looking odd its only show the thumnails of images as stills listed with bulletpoints (slideshow created using Spry)

when the main pages load i get these message befoe hand

SpryPanelSet.js requires SpryWidget.js!

SpryFadingPanels.js requires SpryPanelSet.js

everything was tested and working fine but asoon as i tried to launch the website with the host it seems to be full of faults.

Here's the actual site: http://nathans-pics.co.uk/

I will really greatful if you can help and give any advice icon_biggrin.gif

Hi,

You build the website with Dreamweaver right? If you use the build in function from Dreamweaver you need to be very careful. When you click on the function Dreamweaver ask to you if it is ok that you put it the files in your rootfolder, you probably ignored it so thats what went wrong.

One more tip, Google for a slider, "slider tutorial" or "gallery tutorial". This will give you more options and better looking options then what Dreamweaver can give you ;)
