Inserting two or three fields into one wp_content field (Wordpress)

Hello

I'm a little new to php

just wondering if it is possible to create a form with say 4 different fields e.g. Job Title, Salary, Responsibilities, Job Description that then insert into just the one wp_content in the wp_post table in wordpress. So that I can get the user submitting the content to create a post in a particular format.

I'm trying to adapt the User Submitted Posts plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-submitted-posts/

Basically I want to have four different form fields with html code that insert into the one wp_content field. Is this possible at all? If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd be extremely grateful.
