Papyrus for quotes! why?

 

navigation buttons look old and don't fit in with the subject matter

 

side menu looks very heavy with those huge underlines

 

why orange/brown as a theme colour? tone it down or change the colour to show off the houses - something classy and elegant that doesn't get in the way (pale beige, silvers)

 

maybe Georgia as a font choice rather than what looks like arial

 

i said it already but i'll mention it again: the image slider is annoying

A homepage shouldn't have that many text in my opinion. It should be something easy to read, nice to look at with attractive buttons that will lead to your main content.

 

You seriously need to work on your layout, the texts are everywhere!

 

Play around with more fonts, and don't use Papyrus.

 

I'm not a fan of your color scheme. Try something lighter and fresh, like blue?

i agree with the other comments, the color scheme doesn't fit the theme of the website. try and use blues and whites as it matches the nice pictures you have of white buildings, blue sky's, pools etc...

 

also, gradient is a little out of fashion these days unless its used subtly.

 

im sure one of us would be able to spend 10 mins in Photoshop and show you the kind of thing you could do...
