Before posting here I searched through Google to find nearly nothing on this matter.

Is there a way to customize the browsers default validation error fly over that comes up due to required="required" ?

Any tutorials you perhaps know ?

thanks

Think of their behaviour as being like the age old behaviour of form 'buttons'. It's something that is set by the browser manufacturer rather than the site designer.

As with form buttons, they can be overwritten completely (using a JavaScript method or similar) and the text can be changed. Other than that, there's no way to alter the default pop-ups.

Interesting discussion here

what do you mean??

In HTML5 you can set a form field as required, when this field is left empty, on submit, the browser displays an error. It's this error message the OP is referencing.
