May 6, 200818 yr Hi! I came across this site http://www.clearviewwindowcleaners.co.uk/w...eaning-Kent.htm and wondered how it was put together, I.m aware that it has been down in CSS however how do you get the images in place and then be able to add text? Thanks!!
May 6, 200818 yr I'm not entirely sure what you're asking. How was the site made? With a combination of HTML / CSS. HTML for the structure, and CSS for the control of the aesthetics.
May 6, 200818 yr If you are referring to the header / logo etc. He placed all the images in absolute DIV's so the position is always the same you can check out the css files if you want to know the details. http://www.clearviewwindowcleaners.co.uk/a...s/clearview.css http://www.clearviewwindowcleaners.co.uk/a...arview_home.css Greetz R-J
May 6, 200818 yr Here's an outline of the divs: and the menu has rollover links that switch images (here's one) <a href="about-us.html" title="about clearview" onmouseover="MM_swapImage('aboutus','','assets/images/menu/aboutus_on.jpg',1); dropdownmenu(this, event, menu1, '120px')" onmouseout="MM_swapImgRestore(); delayhidemenu();"><img src="assets/images/menu/aboutus_off.jpg" alt="about clearview" name="aboutus" width="74" height="91" border="0" id="aboutus" /></a> the MM_swapImage is a javascript function from Dreamweaver.
