Best Live Chat software for small mulitingual Travel Agency

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I am new to this forum but have been reading post which are very useful.

I was wondering if you could help me I am looking for a particular service out of a Live Chat provider and after one afternoon of research and testing none seem to respond to my needs. So I wanted to know if you have any recommendations, past experiences etc.

To give you a bit of background, we are a specialised travel agency with 35k visitors per month the website is followthecamino.com. Our visitors who spend an average of 5 mins on our 5 websites (all in different languages) but the conversion rate is low (less than 1%, we therefore are looking for solution to engage with the client. We have a team of 8 customer service members who all speak a different language. We are looking for an easy solution to interact with visitors with a different language on each website.

The thing is I only want one account for all 5 languages and the message to pop up in a Google Talk way in front the right customer service member who speaks their language. Website Alive seem to respond to the language barrier easily and provide good support but the notification can only appear within the internet page of the Operator Console. Therefore I am afraid that if my agents are doing something else no one would actually see there is a new chat that started and the client wouldn't get an answer...

Zopim seems quite good as they offer google talk but unless I didn't understand how to do it I would need a separate account for each language therefore making quite complicated to handle.

To give you an idea of my budget we are willing to pay up to $150 of set-up, and maybe $40 per month.

Does anyone have recommendations?

Thank you very much.

Nellie

You can try out www.focalscope.com , it has a live chat module and very good account, and group management (perfect for multiple languages, locations, etc. Chat agents in FocalScope can also engage with multiple people via chat, at the same time. I’m using FocalScope for live chat and can definitely recommend it, but you would need to reconsider your budget.
