Please help me to select any of one logo. and suggession to improve it plz.

Depends on what your doing exactly, what is it advertising? where will it be used?

I work in this industry, it's a pig sometimes.

Option 1 hits me with a form of Human Resourcing?

Option 2 means Gadgets or digital media, possibly eBooks?

option 3 shows something like UK social media again a form of library or digital good?

 

My favourite is option 1, but would really like to know what it's to advertise

All very good designs, one point option 3 needs feathering on the edges of that graphicy bit
