XML to HTML?

Featured Replies

I found right template for my blog which is hosted on blogger.com.

But I want to set up one more website with this which looks exactly like that one hosted on blogger, but now, the website must be on my own hosting with my own domain.

These are the files I have in the .zip downloaded from website with custom designs. For Blogger I had to upload only one - blogger.xml :

blogger.xml

-js- <- folder

-function.featured_p.min.js

-jquery.cookie.js

-simplec.js

-superfish.js

-images- <- folder

~here some graphics~

Now my question is how to get this to the work. I have the files on my hosting. I know that this template is for Blogger. Just wonder.

I tried Google this topic, and saw some scripts to transform XML to HTML.

How to recode it so it will be displayed on my website correctly??

PS. Blogger is a hosted service. You must use Blogger to use a blogger theme...

I think I wasn't clear enough.

I know that blogger templates are for blogger.

But if you look into structure it is an HTML/XML and I just wonder I can run this on my own domain.

Is there any way to get this to work, write simple HTML site based on the files I have got already?

You can extract the content, but Blogger owns the copyright to the structure and styles.
