What i do? Plz give me suggestion urgently.

 

1st page position for what? If you a positioned for a keyword which is not strictly relevant to what you offer then this will clearly increase your bounce rate and decrease your conversion rate.

 

A little more information is needed though if you want any decent responses specific to your website.
