The cost of getting someone to develop your website?

Featured Replies

Hi,

Ive designed the website on photoshop, but im wondering what is the average cost of getting a web developer to create my website?

cheers :D

Hi web-rookie,

There is no hard and fast rule on the cost to develop a website, it depends entirely on the complexity of your design, what you need it to do, your time scale, and a variety of other factors.

If you can list all of those, I'm sure you'll be able to get some quotes from people.

Well my time scale could be up to 6 months! the website would have very simliar attributes to that of http://psdtuts.com/

but would have a section to allow users to enter competions.

So you would be looking for something along the lines of a blogging system, with a custom theme?
