Yesterday we were all told that 1 in 3 people out of 232 staff are being got rid of before Christmas!

 

Finally coming to terms with this, i need to get my CV done, my question is this: -

 

If i design websites in my free time (PB Web Design) see in my Sig and i am applying for a job in a company do i include my web design site link within my CV or will this go against me as it might be seen as a competitor - even though i make pocket money from it and its a hobby?

 

The company want to see examples of commercial work and an online portfolio, but im unsure whether i should add my link in? Or just create another site demonstrating my work / online cv style website?

 

Also any advice on CV would be great too lol. Its been 5 years since ive done it!

They will want to see what you can do. Put it in. I can't help too much with the CV, just don't print it on yellow paper and don't put perfume on it either. Sorry to hear about the job.
