I actually believe flash still has its place just not here.

 

But no one really likes intro click pages it tends to create a high bounce rate as people are impatient and want their information NOW!!!!

As everyone has mentioned, I'd also get rid of the intro page. But when you do arrive at the actualy page, it looks good, and I like the simplicity of the design. But when you navigate over to their projects for example, I'd add some margin on the menu to the left, like the other content has to right.

 

I'd also like to scroll through the content without having to use those arrows, they we're nothing but annoying to me. So you could try a version where you just let the content box expand further down the page to let the visitors scroll themselves.
