Hello

 

I'm just learning about gzipping, minifying and trying to speed up a site as much as possible and I'm possibly getting a little obsessed with the need for speed...

 

anyways, I'm just wondering what is the best tester....my results seem to be improving in GTmetixwhilst getting worse in pingdom tools (my load time is increasing on that whenever I impliment recommendations from gtmetrix?) and whats with web page test which keeps giving me an F on first byte time (how do I improve that?)

 

just wondering what people here tend to use and whether there is one regarded better than others.
