Looks like a template (I think its the stock images)

 

Don't understand the strange mix between css based design and table based design....please explain it.

 

Forms seem messy and not well considered.

 

Parts of the content seem squashed while others seem too spacious...it sets the balance of the site way way off always.

Site uses tables for the layout, clearly deprecated and unaccessible

 

Navigation is image based, cant be spidered, and is distorted

 

And as for the SEO, its non existant.

I agree with those comments but would like to raise a different point.

 

There seems to be a subtle change in place (correct me if i'm wrong) away from very corporate, plain and standard web design sites to punchy, visually exciting personal portfolio's with blogs. It seems to me as though the guys (and girls) who have the latter seem to be getting a good quality portion of the new work, and also the right quality properly budgeted work from web design.

 

For the above reasons, I think this site is a little 'yesteryear' in its presentation. There are a million sites that look just like this. Very corporate, same looks, same colours etc...

 

It's hard to be different on the web, but its important to try.

I would say that this design is not really to my tastes, but I don't think it's bad necessarily. I just don't think it's that intuitive of a design, particularly the navigation. The image of the laptop in the top right corner seems a bit out of place being cut off on the right hand side - looks like it should be aligned to the left of the page.

Also, I think 'service offering' should be changed to 'services' or 'services offered' - offering sounds strange.

I think the main improvement should be getting away from table layout and making the site validate.

On the plus side, sice logo, and your content is easily readable, nice site colours, too.

Element placement seems a bit random. The path that my eye follows across the page is kind've all over the place.. From the top menu to the login, the text on the pic, face of the guy on the image, main content, the left menu...

 

The menu system is a bit weird. It doesn't really feel intuitive, because of having two menus in two places. It'd make sense if one menu had subsections of the main one, but these are two completely independant menus. Odd choice.

 

Accessibility is a real issue. Your top menu is pretty small on my screen (1280x1024) and can't be enlarged cos it's an image. There's not enough contrast in the rollover to show the hover state or the change for the active link. Also, when you click on Contact Us in the top menu, the menu shows that the About Us link is the active one. Then there's the weird table/css mix. I don't think that's going to go down well with screen readers.

 

Btw, I get a load of text about keywords appearing when I increase text size on the index page.

 

Some minor errors in grammar/punctuation.

 

Some shifting in size and placement taking place beteen pages (PC FF).

 

The footer is out of position on the contact page, so's the header image on the website design page (PC IE7).

 

There's a certain amount of visual polish which draws attention away from some of the more minor problems, but it's pretty flawed once you get under that.
