Thanks very much hey Roberto Welcome to the Forum. what Rachael said is perfect and if you also want the functionality of uploading files as its there on the site then along with HTML and CSS you have to use a Server Side Scripting like PHP.

April 10, 200818 yr hey roberto...welcome to the forum ,, rachael and subhajit is right. you should learn that(HTML, XHTML, CSS, PHP, MYSQL), why?? because it's the basic of website programming. and after that to make paging like on that site you have to learn about javascript...end then AJAX...
April 10, 200818 yr Hey Roberto! Welcome, welcome. I'm a new comer myself, nice to meet you. I've been dabbling with HTML for years, CSS I only learned this year, and how I learned it was I downloaded a "CSS for dummies" ebook off limewire (I kid you not). Also to become like the best you need to learn from the best, so when you see a website you like, click File - Save Page As - And save the site onto your pc. Then later when you have time, go have a look through the coding yourself (you can do this by opening the html and css file in notebook or a program like dreamweaver/frontpage etc). Print it out even if you can, and use a highlighter and highlight code sections so you can become accustomed to "reading" the code. I have found that learning like that speeds up the process. Oh and another hint: I'd suggest that as soon as you learn a new code or tag; use it. Write a new html file using predominantly that new code. Once you use it yourself you get a clear idea on how it works. Theory is just a stepping stone, using the theory in a practical way is what counts. Hope that helps! Keep learning. Cari.
