What does it mean when a hosting company is offering unlimited domain name hosting?

 

My brother has a hosting provider already for his company, will i be able to create 20 sub folders and put 20 different websites on it?

 

for example:

/public_html

 

/public_html/first_website/index.php

/public_html/second_website/index.php

/public_html/third_website/index.php

 

So far, they have put all of their stuff inside public_html folder. Will it work if i was to put all of their stuff on first_website folder and forward the domain name to /public.html/first_website/index.php and use second_website and third_website folder to put other websites on there.

 

Sorry if this is a silly question, I'm just a newbie.

As for your question, thats really one for your brother and/or his hosting company to answer for you, depends how they have things setup.
