What would be the best way to produce this menu in CSS?

 

Notice it has curved corners, a shadow background and overlaps another shape.

Sorry about that, thought I uploaded. It's up there now.

Split it up into chunks.

 

Have the top rounded corners in one section, the middle section with the actual navigation, and then the bottom section with the other rounded corners.
