I am having big issues with the attached site, would someone please have a look at it and let me know what you think. when I extend the content the background is not there..

I have also just noticed that the text does not appear above the middle slice line..   I have attached the psd that the client supplied me, the only brief I got was that this is to go into a cms system and needs to dynamically extend with the content.

 

If anyone can make head or tale of how this needs to be done, I would seriously appreciate it
