I would really like to use this photo in a template I am designing:

Is there an easy way to find out the license of an image? I tried tinyeye and it found several results used by different websites, so not sure if I can assume its alright to use for commercial use or not.

 

I've tried scouring flickr and places like http://www.sxc.hu/ for free photos but I cant find anything as suitable as this image (correct colours etc).

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure but probably tineye.com can help you. I always do check if my photo has been used on other websites and if yes, than there is a probability it's free to use.
