Hello, Ive got a link on my website and i am using

.thelink a, a:hover, a:link, a:visited, a:active {

font: 10px verdana,arial;

color: #FFF;

font-weight: normal;

}

yet when i click the link down(without releasing), the text goes to a higher size and different color, ive got no other css on there with the (a) being used, any ideas why? (im using firefox 4 if that helps)

Have you got a link

try

.footer a:link, .footer a:visited, .footer a:active

instead of

.footer a:link, a:visited, a:active

its offline mate, although my portfolio does it

http://web-itecsolutions.co.uk/

the links at the bottom saying terms and conditions and sitemap etc

Thanks, Gary

Hi Gary

On your site it is inheriting the bold from this in your css

.porttxt a:link, a:visited, a:active {    color: #0C0E1D;    font-size: 12px;    font-weight: bold;}

So you can add font-weight:normal to the .footer a:link, a:visited, a:active css and that should cure it

EDIT: Or try Lev's fix, sorry must of been replying when you posted
