Need Dropdown Help

Featured Replies

Hi all, i am needing some help on my website. Im using WP, but my rollover nav bar isn't working. The menu pops down, but for some reason, it wont stay down, as soon as you go to click one of the dropdown links, the drop down vanishes. i gotta feeling it's JS :( can you please have a look, and help me out :S im not amazing at JS but i am gonna start to learn it :)linky

Thanks,

Ash

Generally rollover problems are caused by one-pixel gaps between menu items added by a rogue browser - if (for example) the menu items are floated, dragging the mouse across the gap can close the menu because the container does not enclose the floated items.

ahh ok then, thanks, i agree, that this is an issue with ie, but how would i go about fixing it? add some negative margin maybe??

I'd consider adding a second or two delay before closing the menu. Then, on HoverOut you give the user a second or two to get back over the menu before it disappears. It's better for the UX anyways.

I'd guess its the minus margin your using to position the nav is causing the problem

Float your logo left then you wont need the minus margin

.logo{
width:300px;float:left;
}
#pg-nav{
margin:-56px;/*remove this */
float:right;
}
