Changes to my website not changed in IE8 ?

Hi

 

I've been making changes to my website and I used FF. all is fine.

 

I ask a friend to take a look and he uses IE8 but the website is same as it was before the changes, the files are definitely different what the hell, I've never known this ? Its like the browser can't see it.

 

It only a couple of images and text not some that should'nt work in IE ?

CTRL-F5 in their browser to reset their cache?

Check their not in offline mode?
