December 24, 201015 yr Sorry dude, not liking it what so ever here are my issues with it. Design: 1. Navigation is ugly and shifts when you hover over it. 2. Your headers are in a serif font while your copy text is in a sans-serif text. Try to keep it the same. 3. Your masthead image looks like a generic stock image. It doesn't fit, way too empty, and honest'y doesn't make sense. 4. Your logo? is just simple text under your navigation is in the vast void of darkness and is really small. Looks like you either don't know how to style it correctly, or it is missing styles. Either way, it doesn't look right. 5. Your headers are downright ugly. Don't make them center aligned. Your shorter one doesn't match the longer ones. Did you just squish it in photoshop? That is a big no no. It needs to be redone graphically. 6. Your footer graphic almost looks like the same as the header but the curved corners are wrong. Either make it different or the same... not in between. 7. You have a more complete logo in the about section than you do in your masthead. What on earth. 8. Your portfolio section has NO ARTWORK. Fix this. 9. Services page doesn't even tell me what you do. Also, don't make this text center aligned. Make it left align. All you are doing is making it harder for people to read your text. 10. Your prices page makes no sense. Why have a page with prices if you say you are going to charge different depending on content. It basically makes your page void. If you want to say you prices are a base price then do that. 11. You needly need to work on copywriting. Lines like: "Domain names and webhosts may cost extra. This is up to the customer as i can create free ones. These would consist of your url name ending in .co.cc. This is free." Are just right painful to read. 12. What is with the icons on your contact page. Is this 1998? 13. Why the random logo on the left as well on the contact page? You should have a logo always on your masthead. 14... there is just too much... I can't go on with the design. Your page needs too much help Code. 1. Oh Lordly, where to begin. I will try to keep this short as I already kicked this page to the curb with the design. 2. If you use tables, make sure it is tabular data. Don't use it because you are too lazy to properly layout a page. Basic content DO NOT use tables. 3. Only use ONE h1 tag. 4. Why do you have an empty link in your second h1 tag? That makes no sense. 5. No not use inline styles unless you have too... and I doubt you have too. 6. Use CSS to margins and padding... not empty p tags 7. Use CSS shorthands 8. Learn what the C in CSS stands for and learn how to use it correctly. 9.... I give up. Sorry. Im in a bad mood and I am taking it out on this page, but in reality, this is one bad page in terms of design and coding. It needs to be rethought.
