How is this effect done?

I love this website and keep bashing on about it, but on this website (when its loaded onto the main screen)

http://2advanced.com/

The part where you hover over the links that are at the bottom of the main image ("View Demo Reel" & "Download digital matte wallpaper" etc), as you hover over it comes up with some pixelated boxes and then the box comes up. Does anyone know how this is done? If its in flash then nevermind, but I thought some jquery/javascript may be able to do that!

Thanks

Flash but you can do it in Javascript/jQuery with some sort of tooltip. I think I posted a link on here somewhere of a selection.
